What is collected, and what is not

This website
The site is static. No forms, no tracking cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics. Your light or dark choice is stored in your browser only and is never sent to us. The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps technical access logs under its own policy.
When you write to info@rtbfil.co.il, the message is kept in our mailbox so we can reply.
What the installed software sends us
An installation makes no outbound connection except to two destinations: your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and our licence server.
Twice a day it sends the licence server one request, carrying three things and nothing else:
- Your licence key.
- A random identifier generated by the installation itself.
- Your Microsoft 365 tenant ID, once Microsoft confirms it.
Our server records the time each of those requests arrives. The details are used to validate the licence.
When a free licence is activated, that one request also carries, once, the contact details typed into the registration form: name, email, company and phone.
What is never sent, at any time: no scan finding, no scanned data, no file or message content, no detail about a person who was scanned, no user name, and not the version number the installation is running.
Where your data lives
The software runs on a server inside your organisation. Scanned content is processed in memory and is never stored by us or routed through us.
